With your Membership, you will receive a free
weight and cardio room evaluation. Our wonderful staff will help get you comfortable with the machines, rules and regulations.

TEENS
Weight room orientation is required for youth ages 13-15 to familiarize you with the rules of the weight room, use of and cardiovasular equipment, proper weight room etiquette and safety. This is a required course for anyone under the age of 16 years of age for participation in the Weight/Cardio Room and is free to members.
And don't forget to wear tennis shoes.
